Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch for most major areas. Outlying areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays or public holidays.

Shipping fees

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking information where available. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.

Failed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the address provided was incorrect or no one was available to receive the parcel, the courier may arrange a new delivery or return the parcel to us. Additional fees may apply in such cases.
