This Refunds and Returns Policy explains how Metal Head Extreme Supplements handles returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@metalheadextreme.co.za. Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Return conditions
For health and safety reasons, most supplements can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless there is a clear quality issue.
Approval and process
Once we receive your request, we review the information and let you know if the return is approved. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back or how the collection will be handled. Please do not send products back without first contacting us.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Non refundable items
Gift cards, promotional items, and products bought on final clearance may not be refundable. We will clearly mark such items where possible.
